Axapta Functional Consultant, Finance

Qualification: CA/B.Com/M.Com/MBA (Finance)
Experience Required: 4-6 Years in Axapta
  • Should have experience of atleast 2 end to end implementation.
  • Ability to analyze client business requirement & objectives.
  • Ability to map and configure client requirements into AX.
  • Knowledge on Project Scoping, analysis and Estimation.
  • Must be expert on: Fixed Assests, AP/AR, General Ledger, Financial Accounting, Taxation, Audit
  • Post Live training and Support. Strong Documentation skill is a must.
  • Hands on experience with various diagnostic methods to solve issues/problems
  • Must possess excellent business communication skill and ability to work in team environment
  • Willing to travel

Navision Functional Consultant, Finance

Navision Experience: 6 years
  • Should have completed at least four end to end life cycle implementation. Should have good technical and functional knowledge.
  • Good knowledge of C/AL , C Side : Table, Form, Report,  Codeunit, XMLPort, Dataport, Codeunit, Navision Application Server, Page Transformation, RTC report, Web services (Preferred), Using third party web service in NAV, Using NAV web service with third party application, Strong knowledge on NAV developments, implementations, Understand different stage of ERP Implementation life cycle : Analysis, Design, Develop, Deploy, Go Live, Support
  • Good at documentation, Design document Preparation, Version management, Test cases preparation, Undertaken some of the major up gradation projects (Preferred).
  • Performance Tuning.
  • SQL Administration
    • Creation of database
    • Creation of users
    • Auto backup
    • SSRS Reports(Preferred)
  • Worked on new technology NAV 2009, RTC report, pages, and 3 - tier installation.

MSCRM Functional Consultant

  • Create demonstrations to provide proof of concept; plan and assist the team in drafting statements of work to include estimation of effort/cost.
  • Provide input and advice regarding Microsoft Dynamics CRM capabilities, functions and features to clients and prospects
  • Conduct hands-on implementation, configuration and development of the various components of Microsoft Dynamics CRM.
  • Build positive client relationships by developing an understanding of the client’s business processes
  • Develop analytical and insightful recommendations to meet deliverable targets, and complete project tasks within budget and to customer satisfaction
  • Perform requirements gathering, Business Process Analysis
  • Understand customer requirements and advise project team on highly specialized, complex solutions architecture and implementation
  • Participate as the technical expert in proposal development and presentations to prospective clients
  • Deliver presentations to all levels of management
  • Adapt to different end-user learning styles when training, gathering requirements, etc.

Regional Sales Manager

  • Will be responsible for selling MS Dynamics AX, Navision, CRM License & Services -  both On Premise & Cloud model.
  • Will be responsible for Sales & Business Development activities in Karnataka Territory
  • Will be responsible for Analysing sales leads and Opportunities to identify prospects and strategize sales pitch.  
  • Should be Self-motivated & a Self-starter and be responsible for generating sales leads on his own.

Prior Requirements

  • 6- 8 years of ERP/CRM Selling Experience, both license and services (Could be any ERP – Oracle, SAP, Ramco, Infor). Preferable if he has sold MS Dynamics AX, NAV, CRM
  • Should have closed & billed  a minimum of US $ 1-2 million Annual targets each year in the last 2 years
  • Should have Knowledge on Competitors ERP product – High level product features & pricing
  • Should have sold On Premise license and subscription model.
  • Preferable to have Solution Selling experience.
